Metro ExpressLanes Customer Service operations is experiencing issue due to an AT&T network issue.  As a result, customers may experience wait times of 60 minutes or greater.  We encourage customers to use the self-service options through the Metro ExpressLanes website.  The Torrance Customer Service Center is experiencing internet issue and will be temporarily closed until issue is resolved.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.
