Low-Income Assistance Plan
Qualifying Los Angeles County residents can receive a one-time $25 credit when they set up their FasTrak account (proof of eligibility required). The $25 credit can be applied to either the transponder deposit or pre-paid toll deposit. With this plan the $1 monthly account maintenance fee is also waived.
To qualify for the Low-Income Assistance Plan, you must:
- Be a Los Angeles County resident
- Have an annual household income equal to or less than the amounts shown below:

Low Income Assistance Plan accounts can only be opened at a Metro ExpressLanes Service Center. For your convenience you may download the FasTrak application. Please make sure to bring proof of eligibility with you.
