Call Center Update
If you received a letter that your Metro ExpressLanes account is closed please follow the steps below to reactivate your account over the automated phone system. We are slowly transitioning our customer service representatives back to our call center. This has resulted in unusually high call volume and as a result increased wait times.

Press (5) for “If you’ve recently received the Account Closure letter and want to reactivate your account.”
Press (1) “To access using your Account number” OR
Press (2) “To access using your Transponder number”
You will be prompted for your account or transponder number and PIN followed by your new Credit or Debit card information. A confirmation will be given if the information was successfully entered.
